Fitted into something solid, where they are actually needed.
Wet rooms and level access showers
For when the bath has become a climb.
Lighting
Stairs, landing and front door. Often the cheapest change that helps most.
Thresholds and floors
Levelled doorways, loose rugs and worn carpet edges sorted.
Kitchen and bathroom changes
Lever taps, raised seat heights, things moved to waist height.
Small repairs
The sticking door, the high bulb, the shelf that came away.
